Layout
The property consists of a Living/Dining/kitchen with open fire with a full glass wall looking out onto Creag Namh Bahn. This open-plan area has a spacious well-equipped oak kitchen with granite work surfaces and a large pine dining table seating 8 – 10.
The floor is done in slate and allows access to a patio area to the side and rear.
On the ground floor there is also a cloak room, W.C and Utility room (with drying room off).
On the first floor: Galleried sitting room overlooking family room and the glass gable end (with a gas fire).
There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and two twin-bedded rooms, each with sloping ceiling. And a family Bathroom/W.C. with over-bath shower.
